Sterlite Inds. (I) Ltd Being Posted At Hindustan Zinc Ltd

We are based out of house number 4 in the Vir-Dharmayug Society. It is in the Paldi area of Ahmedabad, right near Dhanvantri Garden. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Rushabh Society in Shantivan. It is a nice residential-feeling spot for an office. We have been posted here through the Hindustan Zinc connection for a while. The workspace is pretty small and it gets a bit cramped with all the equipment and papers we have to keep track of. It is not the kind of place you would find in a glossy magazine. It feels more like a lived-in home that slowly turned into an office over time. The garden nearby is a good place to walk when we need a break from the computer screens. We do not have fancy coffee machines; we just use a regular kettle like everyone else. Our team is small, so we all know each other’s business. We don't have big meetings with slides or anything like that. We just talk across the desks. Ahmedabad is a very hot place in the summer, so the fans are always going. We have had the same furniture for a long time and it works just fine. We don't see the point in changing things if they aren't broken. It is a very straightforward way to work. We just show up at the society, do the work for the day, and then lock up. No big drama.
