It’s just a functional space where we handle the administration for our various road and building projects. We have some old wooden desks and cabinets full of technical drawings that have been here for years. The walls are a bit bare, maybe just a few project schedules pinned up. We don't bother with fancy decor because we are usually out at the sites anyway. The heat here in Rajasthan can be really tough, so we spend a lot of our time trying to stay cool and making sure the crews are doing okay. We aren't the kind of people who care about sounding corporate. We just talk like normal people and focus on the practical side of things. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we’ve seen it all. We don’t have any big mission statements or promotional goals. We just want to finish our projects and do a decent job for the company. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere here every day and we like it that way.
