M/S Birla Cement Works, Chittorgarh (Raj.)

You can find us over at Birla Cement Works in Chittorgarh. Our main contact point is in Madhav Nagar, specifically E-20/2 in Sector II. Chittorgarh is famous for its history, but for us, it’s all about the cement. The Rajasthan sun is no joke, so the office usually has the fans going full blast all day. We handle a lot of the local coordination for the works from this office. It’s a quiet enough street in Madhav Nagar, which is a nice break from the noise of the actual cement plant. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of moving cement across the state. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different dealers and transporters. We don’t really have a fancy reception area or anything. It’s just a working office with plenty of files and some old chairs. We’ve been here for a good while and we know how the system works. Some days the phones won't stop ringing and other days it’s just us catching up on the filing. We don't try to sound like a big corporate machine; we are just local people doing a job. The work is steady and it keeps us busy. If you ever come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through the latest delivery notes or having a quick tea break. It's just normal life in Chittorgarh for us.
