About M/S Aditya Cement (Thermal Power Plant) – Metals & Minerals in Rajasthan(Chittorgarh)
We’re over here at L-24 in Indira Nagar, Neemuch. It’s a busy spot, especially with the thermal power plant work for Aditya Cement. Rajesh Kumar Dangarh handles a lot of the back-and-forth from this office. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical place where we keep track of things. Usually, there’s a lot of paper moving around and people coming in to check on schedules. The power plant side of things is a whole different world compared to just making cement, so there's always something breaking or needing a quick fix. We spend most of our time making sure the gears keep turning without too much trouble. Sometimes the weather in MP gets really hot, and that doesn't make the work any easier, but we've been at it for a while now. The neighborhood knows where we are. It’s mostly about showing up every morning and seeing what the day brings. Most of us have lived in Neemuch long enough to know how the rhythm of the plant dictates the rest of the town's day. It’s noisy, sure, but it’s what pays the bills and keeps the lights on for a lot of folks. We don't spend much time on big speeches or looking important, we just deal with the logistics as they land on the desk. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic when parts don't arrive on time, but that's just part of the job. We keep going anyway.
