We are Monomark Engg. India Pvt. Ltd, located at Plot No. 7-E in Sector-5 of Gandhi Nagar. That is over in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. Our workshop is a busy place where there is always something being hammered or welded. It is an industrial area, so the sound of machinery is pretty much the background music of our lives. We have been set up in this plot for quite a while now. The team here is a mix of older guys who have been doing this forever and some younger ones learning the ropes. We do not really go in for big corporate speeches or shiny brochures. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand. Rajasthan can get incredibly hot, so the shed gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we just keep at it. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or fixing parts that have come in for repair. It is a messy job sometimes, with oil and metal shavings around, but it is good work. We like being in Gandhi Nagar because it is easy for the trucks to get in and out without getting stuck in town traffic. If you come by, you will probably find us in greasy overalls. We take our work seriously, even if we do not act all formal about it. It is just how we operate here in Chittorgarh.
