We are tucked away at 1-Da-9 in Jawahar Nagar, right here in Jaipur. It’s a pretty standard residential-style building where we’ve set up our office. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. You won't find any big neon signs out front. It’s just a quiet place where we handle the business for the group. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of paperwork that seems to never end. We usually have the windows open to catch a breeze, even if the city noise comes in with it. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have mismatched chairs and a printer that sometimes needs a good kick to start. But it works for us. We aren't trying to sell anyone on anything. We just have tasks to finish and we get through them one by one. The staff is small, so we all know each other well. We often share lunch and talk about the local news. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we stay busy enough. People from the area know us as the folks who work in the 1-Da-9 building. We don’t have any fancy slogans on the wall. We just show up every morning and do our best to keep things organized. It’s a practical way to run things. We like being so close to the shops and the bustle of the city without being in a skyscraper.
