Hindustan Zinc Limited (Vedanta)

We are situated at Suraj Kutir, which is near the post office in the Bhajan Ganj area of Ajmer. If you know the neighborhood, it’s a busy spot with people always coming and going to mail letters or run errands. We are part of the Hindustan Zinc Limited (Vedanta) team. Ajmer is a crowded city, and Bhajan Ganj is no exception. There is always the sound of scooters and cars honking outside our windows. Our office is in an older building that has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a new coat of paint. We spend our time managing the local affairs for the company. It’s not the kind of work that gets you on the news, but it is important for the daily flow of business. We deal with a lot of local vendors and make sure the logistics are handled properly. The staff here is small, and we mostly just focus on our individual tasks. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch or tell you why we are the best. We just provide a space where the work gets done quietly and efficiently. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing, and the desks get cluttered with folders, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We like the location because it’s easy to grab a snack or get something from the market nearby during our breaks. It is a very normal existence for us.
