We are Grasim Industries Ltd, which is a company of the Aditya Birla Group. Our location is C/O N.Rai in Rustumpur, Azad Chowk, Gorakhpur. It’s a bit of a local landmark area here. Being at Azad Chowk means there’s always something happening outside. We share the space with the C/O N.Rai setup. It’s a very grounded, practical place to work. We don't have any high-tech glass walls or anything like that. It’s just an office where we manage the business for the Aditya Birla Group in Gorakhpur. Most of us have been in this city for a long time, so we know the area around Rustumpur very well. We don't spend time writing out big goals; we just focus on what needs doing today.
