Our company, Hitech Competent Builders Pvt. Ltd, is located out in Bhiwadi, in the Alwar district. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there is always something being built or moved around nearby. We don’t have a polished office in a big city. Instead, we work where the action is. Our space is filled with project files, site boots, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We focus on construction and building work, so our days are mostly spent coordinating with crews and checking on materials. Bhiwadi can get pretty dusty and the sun is quite strong, but we’re used to the conditions here. We don’t go in for big mission statements or flashy presentations. We just talk about what needs to be built and how much it’s going to cost. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to visiting the sites to check the progress. We’ve been part of the Alwar district landscape for some time now. Some days are stressful when supplies don't show up on time or the weather turns bad, but that's just the reality of the building trade. We keep things honest and just try to finish what we started.
