We work out of a house called Snehkuteer, which is located at number 70 in Ram Nagar, Jhotwara. This is our main spot in Jaipur, quite a distance from the Beawar headquarters. Ram Nagar is a typical residential neighborhood. People know their neighbors and the streets are mostly quiet, except for the occasional delivery bike or vegetable vendor passing through. Snehkuteer itself is a comfortable old building that feels very lived-in. The front rooms have been converted into our office space, so we have plenty of light coming in from the windows during the day. It’s a different change from the more industrial feel of the main plant location. Our desks are set up in a way that allows us to talk to each other easily while we work on the accounts. There is a small garden at the back. Sometimes we go there during our break to stretch our legs and get some air. The atmosphere is very informal; we don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules here. We just focus on getting the paperwork done and coordinating with the teams back in Beawar. The heat in Jaipur can be quite intense in the summer. We keep the curtains drawn in the afternoon to stay cool. It’s a simple, functional setup that works well for our small team. We’ve been at this address for a good while now and it has become our second home.
