Running things for Mw Thermalpower Project Barsingsar Raj takes up most of our time. We are based out of a flat in the KG Complex over in the industrial area of Bikaner. It’s flat number 404. Raniganj Bazar is always a bit crowded so getting in and out of the office can be a bit of a chore sometimes. We work alongside the Thermax team mostly. Bikaner is a dusty place but you get used to the desert air after a while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of maps and project plans spread out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the actual site making sure the thermal power stuff is moving forward. It’s a long-term project so we have settled into a rhythm here. Lunch is usually whatever we can find nearby or something brought from home. There is always a lot of paperwork because these power projects involve so many different parts and people. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the engineering and the logistics from our little corner of the industrial area. It is hard work and the hours can be long when things get busy at the project site. But we just keep at it day by day. That is how we operate here in Rajasthan. It’s not easy work but it gets done.
