Load

We are located in Balotra, which is in the Barmer district of Rajasthan. Our small office is at 16/64, right near the Mali Samaj Bhawan in the Gandhipura neighborhood. If you are familiar with the area, you know it can get quite dusty and the sun is almost always out. We just call ourselves Load and we handle various things from this spot. It’s a simple building with a solid roof and enough room for the few of us who work here. We spend most of our time dealing with logistics and making sure things are moving where they need to go. There isn't much to see inside, just some tables, chairs, and a few old computers. The Mali Samaj Bhawan is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We usually start the day pretty early before the heat gets too intense. We might be sitting around talking about the day's schedule or checking the ledgers. It's a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from the district, but we like the quiet of Gandhipura. Sometimes the local kids are playing outside and the sound carries in. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place where work happens and then we go home to our families. We are just ordinary people doing our jobs in a dusty corner of Rajasthan, and that is fine by us.
