Indo Alusys Industries Limited

We are situated in Telengasahi, which is in the Balasore area of Orissa. It’s quite different from the big cities. The pace is a bit slower here. Indo Alusys Industries Limited is the name on the front, but most people just know us as the local industrial shop. We have a fair amount of space, but it’s mostly filled with supplies. We don't have a lot of office staff. Mostly it’s just people who know how to work with their hands. The weather in Orissa can be quite humid, so we take breaks when it gets too much. We aren't a massive corporation with rules for everything. We just have a few basic ways of doing things that work for us. We’ve been part of the Telengasahi community for a long time. People around here are hardworking, and we try to be the same. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Usually, work comes to us through word of mouth. If someone needs something done, they just walk in and ask. We don't have a receptionist. You might have to shout to get someone's attention over the noise of the work. It’s a simple, honest life. We focus on what’s in front of us and try to get it done right. That’s really all there is to it. We aren't looking to expand into a giant company; we just like what we do here in Balasore and hope to keep it going.
