Our place is at 88 Gandhi Nagar, right near the Ganesh Temple in Bhilwara. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the temple is. Being in Rajasthan, the weather is usually quite dry and hot. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while. Hbl Global is what we call ourselves. We mostly handle things related to power and electronics. It’s a small office with some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have people coming in and out all day. Some are local customers, others are just delivering parts. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up. My desk is always a mess of notes. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. That's just how we do things. It’s a very local feel. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often get tea from the stall around the corner. It’s a simple life. We work hard, go home, and come back the next day. No big corporate speeches here. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front window pretty hard, so we keep the blinds drawn. It makes the office a bit dark, but it’s cooler. We have a small cooler in the corner that we keep filled with water. Bhilwara is a busy town, especially near the temple. We often hear the bells ringing during the prayer times. It’s a nice background sound.
