Medisurgi

Down in Sattur, specifically in the Chatrapathi area, we handle a lot of medical supplies and surgical goods. The building isn’t very large, but we manage to fit a lot of inventory inside. There are boxes of gloves, bandages, and various steel instruments stacked up high. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have much in the way of a front desk; usually, someone is just back there counting stock or checking an invoice on a cluttered wooden table. The air usually smells a bit like rubbing alcohol or new plastic because of all the supplies. Sattur can get quite warm, so we keep the windows shut to keep the dust off the sterile packaging. Local doctors or clinic staff often drop by to pick up a few things they ran out of. We know most of them by name since it’s a small town. The delivery bikes are parked out front more often than not, waiting to take orders to nearby hospitals. We spend a lot of time double-checking sizes and quantities because you can’t really afford to get that stuff wrong. It’s a lot of manual sorting and lifting heavy crates. We don't have any fancy signs out front, just the name so people know they’ve reached the right spot for their medical needs. It’s just steady work every day.
