Larsern & Toubro

Down in Minjur, we’re based at 16/14 Car Street, specifically in a place called Valli Illam. It’s right in the Theradi area, near the temples, which is why it gets so busy during festival times. The name on the door says Larsern & Toubro, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. S. Ganesh is usually around if you need to talk to someone about what we're doing. The office is really more like a converted house, which gives it a more personal feel than a big glass building. We like it because it feels like being part of the community. In the 601203 area, everyone knows everyone, so news travels fast. We spend our time managing the local works and keeping an eye on the supply chain. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad or the roads are blocked, but we make it work. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or filing papers. There’s no room for egos here. We just want to do right by the people we work with. The street outside is always full of life, with cows and bikes and people walking by. It keeps things interesting throughout the day. We’re just a bunch of local guys doing our jobs and trying to keep everything on the right track for the long run.
