Karisalkadu Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based out of house number 54 in Teachers Colony, which is in the Kammapatti area of Rajapalayam. It’s a bit of a different setting for a farming company since it’s in a residential colony, but it works for us. We focus on the farmers from the Karisalkadu region, which is famous for its black soil. That soil is great for certain crops, but it’s also very tough to work with when it gets wet or too dry. Our group came together because we wanted to have a central place to organize our sales and supplies. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with bags of seeds or samples from the latest harvest. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us sitting at a desk with a ledger. We are just regular people from Rajapalayam who know about farming. We spend a lot of time talking to the guys in the fields and trying to figure out the best time to sell. It’s not a polished operation, and we definitely make mistakes sometimes, but we are honest about it. The neighbors in the colony are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. We just want to get our work done and support the farmers.
