We’ve been at Hno: 7-6-18 here in Gandhi Nagar for quite a while now. Running Adepu Murali Chit Funds Private Limited keeps us pretty busy from morning until evening. Sircilla is where we live and do our work, so most people around Karimnagar know us just by word of mouth or seeing us around the market. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. We have some wooden desks, a few chairs for when people come in to pay their monthly installments, and stacks of ledgers that we update by hand. The door is usually left open to let a breeze in, though it gets quite dusty. When the auctions happen, the office gets a bit crowded and loud. It’s mostly just a couple of us handling the paperwork and making sure every single rupee is recorded right in the books. Dealing with money is always serious work, but we try to keep things relaxed when neighbors stop by. Sometimes the ceiling fans are noisy, and the street outside stays busy with traffic, but that’s just how life is in this part of town. We don't have a big website or some polished marketing team. If someone needs to find us, they just walk down toward the Gandhi Nagar area and look for our number. We know most of the families around here personally. It's a very simple, local operation. We just provide a place where people can save.
