Sri Sai Bricks

Sri Sai Bricks is located on Plot No. 115, right on Sub Station Road. We’re in Kadapa, not far from the railway station, so it’s a handy spot for getting materials in. The new building we’re in is pretty simple, nothing flashy. We spend our days managing the yard and making sure the bricks are getting fired correctly. It’s a lot of outdoor work, so we’re always at the mercy of the weather. When it’s hot, it’s really hot, and when it rains, we have to scramble to cover things up. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a local crew that knows the trade. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have become part of the scenery. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what’s in stock. We don’t use any complicated systems to run things. We write stuff down in our ledgers and keep moving. The proximity to the station means there’s always some activity nearby. We just try to provide what people need for their construction work. It’s a tough job that leaves you tired at the end of the day, but there’s a sense of pride in seeing a finished stack of bricks ready to be hauled away. We’re just regular folks doing our best in the brick business. Sometimes we sit outside the building and just watch the trucks go by on Sub Station Road while we rest our backs.
