S. P. Collections

We are tucked away in Shop No. 68 at the M. G. W. C Market in Thadithota. If you’ve been to the market, you know it’s always crowded and full of energy. S. P. Collections is a small shop compared to some of the others, but we stay busy. We have all sorts of items squeezed onto the shelves. It’s mostly clothing and daily wear. The market environment is loud, with people shouting and carts moving by all day long. We like it that way because it keeps us on our toes. There isn't much room to move around inside the shop, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the stock. We don't bother with fancy displays or lighting. We just put the stuff out so people can see what we have. Thadithota is a good place for a business like ours. We get a lot of foot traffic from the surrounding areas. Sometimes we stay open late when the market is particularly busy. We don't have a corporate office or a board of directors. It’s just a family-run kind of vibe here. We know most of the other shopkeepers in M. G. W. C Market. We share tea and talk about the day’s trade. It’s a simple life, focused on buying and selling and making sure the customers find what they need in our little space. We don't try to be anything we're not. It's just a shop.
