Quantity Surveyor

Our office is located over in Rajahmundry, specifically in the Spinning Mill Colony-2 area. It’s a quiet residential spot near Lalacheruvu. D. Sateesh Kumar runs things here. We deal with construction costs and material lists all day. It’s a lot of paperwork. Some people think measuring buildings is boring, but it keeps the projects running without going broke. We moved into Plot 260 a few years back. The room is usually filled with blueprints and some half-empty coffee cups. We don’t do big advertisements or anything like that. People in the colony know where we are if they need help with a budget for their house. My desk is a bit of a mess right now with all the new drawings coming in. Rajahmundry is growing fast, so there is always a new site to visit or a bill to check. We aren't a big firm with suits and ties. It’s just us in a practical workspace. We spend a lot of time double-checking the math because mistakes in this job cost real money. I usually open up the shutters early in the morning before it gets too hot. It is a decent way to make a living. We know the local suppliers and what things should cost around here. If you need a quantity surveyor, we are the ones in the house with the Dr.No 3-285 sign. That is the long and short of it and we like it here.
