It’s a busy industrial-style area. Our office is functional. We have a small yard for some of the equipment and an indoor space for the administrative side. Vizag is a coastal city, so we have to deal with the humidity and the salt air, which isn't always great for the machinery. We have a crew that’s been together for years. We aren't a high-pressure office. We just take the projects as they come and try to do a decent job. There are always stacks of documents on the table and a pot of tea on the stove. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the gate. People usually find us by word of mouth anyway. We don't spend much time on social media or advertising. We’d rather be out at the sites checking the progress. It’s a bit of a drive to some of our locations, but Ashok Park is a central enough base for us. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the IRSD Area over the years. New businesses coming and going. We just stay steady. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We just keep moving forward.
