Stylish Living Furniture

Stylish Living Furniture is situated at Lalam Gardens, specifically at 86-1-8. We are right on Jawaharlal Nehru Road, and most people find us by looking for the Ravindhra Bharathi School, which is directly opposite our place. Having a furniture shop on such a main road means we see a lot of traffic and people passing by all day long. The showroom is usually filled with the smell of new wood and polish. We spend a lot of our time moving things around—shifting a sofa here or a dining table there to make everything fit in the space. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when a new shipment comes in and we have to unload the trucks. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just let people walk around and look at the furniture for themselves. The school across the street makes the afternoons quite loud when the kids are coming out, but it adds a bit of life to the area. The building isn't brand new, and it has its quirks, but it serves us well for showing off the beds and cupboards. We keep the doors open mostly to let the breeze in, though it brings in some dust from Jawaharlal Nehru Road too. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we move some furniture, and we help whoever walks in the door looking for something for their house or office every single day.
