L V Prasad Milk Dairy is out on the 3-340, Kadiam - Vedurumudi Road. We are in a small place called Veeravaram. Being out here means it is a lot quieter than the city. Our days start very early, usually before the sun is even up, because that is when the cows need to be milked. The road outside can be quite empty in the mornings, but it gets a bit more travel as the day goes on. We handle a lot of milk every single day. There are cans and cooling equipment all over the place. It smells like fresh milk and hay around here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a dairy where the work is physical and constant. Veeravaram is a nice area, very green and peaceful. We know most of the farmers who live nearby. Sometimes the delivery trucks are delayed if there is work being done on the road to Vedurumudi, but we make it work. We don't do any big promotions. People around here just know us because they see us working every morning. It’s a simple business of getting milk from the farm to the people who need it. We just keep the place clean and keep the milk moving. That is all there is to it. The cows don't wait for anyone, so we are always on our toes.
