Ambica Collection

Ambica Collection is located in Shop No A1 of the Ksr Complex in Tadi Thota. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. We spend most of our mornings unpacking new stock and trying to find space on the racks. It’s a lot of folding and hanging things up over and over. People come in from the complex just to look around while they’re out running errands. We don't follow them around or try to push them to buy anything. If they need a different size, we go look in the back, which is basically just a small closet piled high with plastic bags. The lighting in the shop is a bit yellow, but it makes the place feel cozy. We have a small mirror in the corner where people check how they look. It’s mostly just us working here, keeping the place tidy and chatting with the regulars who stop by to say hello. Tadi Thota is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the door. Sometimes we have a little tea at the counter when it’s slow. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’re right here in the complex where people already are. It’s a simple business. We just try to keep the shelves full and the floor swept.
