Our place is over in Vijayapuri Colony, right across from the Canara Bank in Sainikpuri. If you know the area, it is a bit quieter than the main city parts, which we like. The office is set up at M.V. Koteswara Rao's place. We have been doing construction work in and around Secunderabad for some time. It is mostly about coordinating the crews and making sure the cement and steel get to the right spot. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to keep things moving. Some days are stressful when the weather doesn't cooperate or a truck gets stuck. But that is how construction goes. We deal with it as it comes. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a local outfit. We know the local suppliers and the guys who do the heavy lifting. You can find us at the address in Sainikpuri if you need to talk about a project. We usually have a lot of site visits, so the office is mostly for the back-end stuff. It's practical work for practical people. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the sites we are currently handling. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything on track, but we've been at it long enough to know the routine. There is always something new to learn on every building site we manage.
