Hcc Ltd

We've been here in Ishrouli for a while now. Hcc Ltd is just a small setup near the post office. Most of us living around Marhowrah know the way, but if you're coming from further out in Saran, it’s a bit of a trek. The roads get dusty in the summer and muddy when the rain hits, but we manage. Inside the office, things are pretty quiet most days. We have a few desks and some old fans that hum. It’s not a fancy place by any means. Someone usually brings tea around mid-morning. We know the neighbors well and sometimes they drop by just to chat or ask about the mail. Working here in Bihar feels different than the big cities. Life moves slower. We don't have those big glass walls or carpets. Just a simple concrete floor and some wooden chairs. People come and go. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. It gives us a chance to step outside and breathe the air. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks just know we are here at the P.O. Ishrouli. It's just how things are run in this part of the district. We keep our files in order and try to get home before it gets too dark on the roads. It's a plain job in a plain building, really. It’s not the most exciting place to be, but it’s where we do our business every day.
