Call Center

The Call Center here in Mangalavarapu Peta is right in the middle of things in Rajahmundry. It is a lively neighborhood, and our office fits right into the daily rhythm of the streets. If you walk by, you can probably hear the hum of voices from all the people on their headsets. We do not have a lot of extra space, so it is a bit cozy inside with all the computers and wires. Most of us who work here are from Rajahmundry, so we talk about local news during our breaks while we grab a snack from the vendors nearby. The work is mostly about talking to people all day, which can be tiring, but we have a good group of people who make it easier. We do not go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the calls answered and the data entered. The building is a regular one, nothing that stands out too much from the other shops and houses on the street. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. People come and go for their shifts at all hours, so the place is rarely empty. It is a simple, hardworking environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay helpful for everyone who calls.
