Adi Bapana Small Scale Industries is located at D.No. 48-8-4 in Rajendra Nagar. We are right near the Lord Krishna Temple, so we hear the bells and the prayers every day. It’s a nice landmark for people who are trying to find us for the first time. Being a small scale industry means we are pretty hands-on. There isn't a lot of middle management here. We just get in and start working on whatever needs doing. The shop floor is where most of the action is. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. We’ve got a few machines and a small team that knows how to handle them. Sometimes things break down and we have to figure out how to fix them ourselves. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a smaller operation. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some businesses mixed in, so we try to be mindful of the noise. It feels more like a community than just a place of work. We know the people living next door and they know us. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just rely on the work we do and the people who have known us for years. It’s honest work, and at the end of the day, we’re just glad to have finished what we started. It’s a simple setup but it works for us.
