Our office is situated at the Trivini Talkies building in Raj Ganpur. It’s a well-known landmark, so people never have trouble finding us, even if they aren't from around Sundergarh. Being at a cinema hall is a bit strange, especially when there’s a big movie playing and the noise from the speakers vibrates the walls in our back office. We mostly handle coordination and information for the local steel community. It’s a lot of sitting at desks, making phone calls, and sorting through piles of mail and documents. We have a couple of old wooden desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. People from the nearby plants often drop by to talk or drop off paperwork. We aren't a big corporate entity; it’s just a small team of us trying to keep the forum active. Sometimes we have meetings in the main hall when it’s not being used for a show. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep and the lighting in the hallway isn't the best, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We spend our days mostly keeping track of what's happening in the local industry and helping out where we can. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve become a part of the daily life around the talkies.
