We’ve been at 56, Sahukara, Raj Bhawan for a while now. It’s mostly just us handling the winery side of things and some agro stuff. People sometimes ask how we got into this, but it was just a natural step because of where we are. The office isn't anything fancy. It's just where the paperwork happens and where we coordinate with the guys in the fields. Some days are longer than others, especially when the grapes come in. We don't really do big ads. Most folks around here know where we are if they need anything related to the winery. It's a lot of manual work, honestly. Cleaning out the vats, checking the bottles, making sure the storage temperature stays right even when the power acts up. We use the space we have here to keep things moving. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us making sure the agro side of the business doesn't fall behind. Sometimes we have to drive out to the farms early in the morning, then come back here to finish up the logs. It's a bit dusty sometimes around the Raj Bhawan area, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. There’s always something to fix or a delivery to wait for. That’s just how it goes here at Bluestar. We don’t have a big front desk or anything, just a desk and some chairs and a few stacks of crates in the corner.
