You can find Soot Textiles Manufactures Private Limited at Flat No. S-01 on the 2nd Floor of Chitransh Tower in Mandideep. Mandideep is a busy industrial area near Raisen, and our building is right there in the middle of all the action. It isn't the most beautiful part of the world, with all the smoke and the noise from the other factories, but it’s where the work happens. Our office is a simple one in Setphol Chand. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few photos of our families. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every day. We spend most of our time looking at production schedules and talking to the workers on the floor. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everything runs on time. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed despite the busy schedule. We don't have a strict dress code or a big corporate handbook. We just expect people to do their jobs and be honest about it. Some days are really tiring and we leave the office with dust on our clothes, but that’s just how industrial work is. We don't use fancy words to describe ourselves because we are just regular people making textiles and trying to do a good job. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying as long as people need the goods we make.
