Alayna Industries

Our place is over at Plot No. 36, or at least part of it, in Sector-A of the Mandideep Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been to Mandideep, you know it’s all about the factories and the work. Alayna Industries fits right in with that. It’s a loud place most of the time, with the sound of machinery and people calling out over the noise. We don't have a polished front office with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’re going to find someone in work clothes who might be a bit greasy or tired. That’s just the nature of what we do here. We focus on getting the production right and making sure the machines are running like they should. The floors are concrete and there’s always a bit of metal shavings or dust in the air. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in Sector-A for a while now and know most of the other guys running the neighboring plots. We share tips about repairs or gripe about the power cuts when they happen. It’s a community of makers and fixers. We don't put out brochures or anything like that. We just focus on the parts we're making and try to get them out the door on time. It’s a hard day’s work, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing the trucks loaded up at the end of the shift.
