Jaiswal Medical Stores

We have been here at number 10 on the Main Road for quite a while now. Most people around here know the spot. It is just a regular shop where we keep the medicines and healthcare stuff people in the neighborhood need. Usually, it is pretty busy in the mornings when folks are heading to work or stopping by after seeing the doctor. My family runs the place, so someone is almost always behind the counter. We do not have fancy displays or anything like that. It is mostly just shelves full of boxes and bottles. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud since we are right on the Main Road, but you get used to it. We spend a lot of time checking dates on the stock and talking to people who come in. A lot of our regulars have been coming here for years, and we know their names. It is not a big corporate chain. It is just us. We keep the floor swept and try to make sure we have what people are looking for. If we do not have a specific medicine, we try to get it in by the next day. The building is a bit old, but it stays cool enough in the summer. We open early and close when the street gets quiet at night. That is pretty much how things go here every day. It is simple work but it keeps us busy and connected to everyone living around the Main Road area.
