Eicher Tractors - Rafe Motors & Tractors Ltd.

If you head down to the industrial area in Mandideep, you will find us at Plot Number 1 in Sector D. This is where Rafe Motors and Tractors is based, and we deal with Eicher Tractors all day. It’s a busy part of the Raisen district, and there is always some kind of machine noise in the background. Working with tractors means you usually end up with a bit of grease on your hands by the end of the shift. The yard is usually full of machines, and we spend a lot of time walking around checking on things. It’s a large plot, so there is plenty of room, but it still feels crowded when a new shipment arrives. The people who work here are just regular folks who know their way around an engine. We don’t spend much time in the office if we can help it. It’s better to be out where the actual work is happening. The sun can beat down pretty hard on the open yard in the summer months, but we just keep at it. Mandideep is a tough place to work sometimes because it’s so industrial, but there is a good community of people here. We just try to make sure every tractor is ready when it needs to be. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
