This place is over in the New Industrial Area II in Mandideep. We share a lot of space across plots 102 through 105 and also 122 to 125. It is a large plot because synthetic work takes up a lot of room for the processing. Being near Bhopal makes things much easier for transport and getting spare parts when a machine breaks down. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part in the Raisen district. The building isn't brand new, it has some character, and the walls have seen a lot of years of hard work. We mostly have staff from the nearby villages who know the work well. We handle synthetic materials, which involves a lot of heat and pressing during the day. The floors are concrete and usually have scraps of material on them by the time the shift ends. We clean up every evening before we lock the gates. It is a straightforward operation. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to do fancy sales pitches. I usually handle the paperwork myself while the guys are out on the floor. It gets quite loud during the day, so phone calls can be hard to hear sometimes. If you come by, you will likely see trucks waiting at the gate to load up. We just try to get the loads out on time and keep the machines running. It is honest work for us.
