We are located right by the main gate of Shastri Nagar on Sanchi Road. It’s a busy spot in the Tehsil area. Working at Anmol India Agro Herbal Farming & Dairy Care Company Ltd keeps us pretty tied up with the plants and the cows. Most of our morning is spent checking on things and making sure everything is running okay. It’s not a quiet office job at all. There is always something that needs fixing or some supply that hasn't arrived yet. We deal with herbal stuff and dairy care, which means a lot of different tasks every day. Some days the smell of the herbs is really strong in the office. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the farming side of things too. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. The gate at Shastri Nagar is easy to spot, so people don’t usually get lost looking for us. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long reports. We just get on with the chores. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon when the roads get muddy around here. But we just deal with it. It’s a plain kind of life, mostly just focused on the animals and the land. We have a small team and we all know what needs to be done without being told. It’s just how we work here.
