Vivek Caradom Stockers

Vivek Caradom Stockers is located in Shanti Apartment, specifically unit 403 in Deshbandu Para. It is a bit different running a business out of an apartment building, but it works for us. We handle a lot of stock, mostly focusing on cardamom, though the name on the door says Caradom. It is a small operation, really. We use the space to store samples and keep our records straight. Deshbandu Para is a relatively quiet neighborhood, so we try not to make too much noise when we have deliveries coming or going. Usually, it is just a couple of us in the office, making calls to suppliers and checking on the market prices. The room is often filled with the scent of spices, which the neighbors sometimes comment on. We do not have a big store front where people can walk in off the street. Most of our work is done over the phone or by visiting the plantations directly. We have been doing this for several years now and have built up a decent network. It is a lot of checking bags and ensuring the quality is right before we send anything out. We keep it simple and do not spend money on fancy furniture or big ads. It is just about the stock and making sure our clients get what they need. That is our day, every day, from Monday to Saturday.
