We are located out in Dumoli Kalan, which is a village in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities. Our work involves engineering and construction, but we do it in a very local way. The office is just a simple building in the village. Most of the people around here know us because we’ve been here for quite some time. The weather in Rajasthan can be tough, especially the heat in the summer months, but we just start our work early to beat the sun. We don't have any fancy signs or big glass windows. It’s just a practical space where we keep our tools and our records. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to get to the different sites across the district. The roads can be dusty, and the work is often physically demanding. We don't talk much about things like strategy. We just talk about how many bags of cement we need or when the next truck is arriving. It’s a small operation, and everyone helps out with whatever needs doing, whether it’s office work or site work. People from the village often stop by just to say hello or ask for help with something. We like it that way. It’s a community-based way of doing business, where your word matters more than a fancy contract. It's just about getting the job done.
