Ultratech Cement Ltd., Raipur

Even though the name says Ultratech Cement Ltd., Raipur, we are actually working out of Bilaspur. Our office is in Gali No.4 over in Gitanjali Nagar. It’s right on Karbala Road. It can get a bit confusing for people who see Raipur in the name and expect us to be there, but this is where we handle the business. The street is usually pretty lively. We’ve been at this location for a bit now, managing the cement supply for the local area. There are a lot of small houses being built around here lately. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites. It’s a small team, so everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. The office is tucked away in the lane, so it stays a bit cooler than the main road. We keep the registers updated and talk to the guys on the ground. Bilaspur is a good place to work, even if the summers are tough. We mostly just focus on getting the cement orders processed without any fuss. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. Most people find us through the address on Gitanjali Nagar rather than looking for a big sign. We just stay busy and keep things moving along as best we can.
