Our office is actually located in Solapur, even though our name says Pune. We are at 89/1, Mashal Nagar, which is right along Bijapur Road. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trucks and buses passing by all the time. The noise can be a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. The office itself is a modest building that we’ve been in for quite some time. It’s not very big, so we all sit fairly close together. There’s a lot of chatter throughout the day as we coordinate different tasks. The furniture is a bit worn out, and the walls are covered with old calendars and maps. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so we usually tidy up our own desks before we leave. Solapur is known for being quite hot, and our office definitely feels it. We have a couple of air conditioning units, but they struggle to keep up during the peak of summer. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years, so we’re more like a small family than a group of coworkers. We don't have any formal meetings or big presentations. We just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It’s a very direct and honest way to work. We’re just a local business trying to do our part on Bijapur Road. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy.
