Thakur Property Dealers is located in Santoshi Nagar, right near the Raing Road Chowk. We are also very close to Old Dhamtari Road, which is a major landmark for anyone coming into this area. Being at such a busy junction means our office is always full of life and sometimes a bit of dust from the passing trucks. We have been here for years and have seen the chowk change from a quiet crossing to a very busy part of the city. Our office is a simple place where we keep all our records and meet with people who are looking for land or a new house. We handle a lot of different kinds of property around Santoshi Nagar and the areas stretching out towards Old Dhamtari Road. It is not a corporate environment at all. We sit around, drink some water, and talk about the local plots and who is building what. We don't have any big missions or slogans. We just know the land and we know the people. Most of our day is spent out on site or sitting here at the chowk waiting for clients to arrive. It can be a long day, but we like being in the middle of it all. If you are passing by the Raing Road Chowk, you will likely see our sign and one of us standing outside talking to a neighbor.
