Since we are a BPO, there are usually a few of us here on the phones or computers handling different tasks for other businesses. Tifra is a busy enough part of town, and being in a shop unit makes it feel more like a local part of the community rather than some far-off office park. We have a small team, and it’s a pretty simple setup inside. Just desks, chairs, and the equipment we need to do the job. It gets a little cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Y. N. Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our work well. People often walk by the shop on their way to other places in Tifra. We’ve been here for a bit, so most of the locals know where Shop 7 is. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just people doing their jobs and taking lunch breaks together. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when things get busy with various projects. We've got everything we need right here in the shop. It's not a huge space but it's ours and it works for us.
