Running Spel from our home at H.No 6-6-375 in Vivekananda Nagar is something we have done for quite a while. Nalgonda is our base, and G.V. Sashidhar, who is the son of G.V. Atchutha Rama Rao, manages most of the day-to-day work here. It is a very simple operation. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy office building with glass doors. Instead, we use our space here in the neighborhood to keep track of all our business needs. It is quiet for the most part, except for the usual sounds of the street outside. We prefer it this way because it keeps us connected to the community. We spend our time at our desks handling whatever comes in through the mail or over the phone. There is no corporate ladder here, just us doing our best to keep things organized and moving forward. We are real people who live and work in the same place. It saves time and keeps things practical. If you ever find yourself in Vivekananda Nagar, you are basically in our backyard. We don't spend money on big marketing campaigns or flashy websites. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to finish it before the day is over. It is a steady way of life and it works well for our family. We appreciate the people who have stuck with us through the years.
