S.M.S.In.Ltd. is based right here in Raipur, and we’ve been part of this city for a good while. Raipur is a place that’s always changing, but our little office stays pretty much the same. It’s a basic setup where we handle all our daily business without much fuss. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk, probably on a phone call or looking at a screen. The heat in Chhattisgarh can be something else, so we’re always thankful for the fans in the office, even if they make a bit of a rattling noise. We don’t use any fancy language to describe ourselves because we don’t see the point. We just do our jobs and try to stay organized, though the piles of folders on the desks might suggest otherwise. Our staff is local, and we all know the shortcuts around town to avoid the afternoon traffic. It’s a quiet life in the office for the most part. We like the fact that people know where to find us if they need anything. We aren't trying to expand into some massive corporation; we’re quite happy just being a solid presence here in Raipur. There’s something nice about coming into a familiar space every morning and knowing exactly what needs to be done before we go home.
