Working here means we are surrounded by a lot more green and open space than our counterparts in Raipur. The pace is a bit slower, which helps when you have a lot of complicated things to track. Our office is small and functional, tucked away in a place where people still look out for one another. We don't have any neon signs or big billboards. Most people around here just know us by name. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination to keep everything running from this part of Andhra Pradesh. The heat can be intense, but the trees nearby offer some shade during the lunch breaks. We mostly deal with the local side of the Ispat operations, making sure things are moving as they should through the Mandal. It’s a humble setup, but it’s an essential part of the bigger picture. We spend our days handling the local paperwork and speaking with the people who live and work in the surrounding villages. Usually, we finish up as the sun starts to dip, and the air cools down just enough to make the ride home pleasant.
