We are set up in Shivanand Nagar here in Raipur. The office is actually care of N.K. Kesarwani’s place. It’s not your typical high-rise office building; it feels much more like a regular part of the community. Being in Shivanand Nagar means we are close to the heart of things in Raipur without being stuck in the middle of a heavy industrial zone. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of paper, as you might expect for a company dealing with steel and power. We have a lot of local people coming in and out, and there is always someone talking about the latest news in the city or the weather. Raipur gets incredibly hot, so the coolers are always running in the summer months. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on getting things organized and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell things at the door. It is just a group of people working together in a residential-commercial area. The streets around here can get a bit narrow when trucks are trying to pass, but we manage. It’s a very local way of doing business, and we prefer it that way because it keeps us close to the everyday reality of the city and its people. The tea we make here is usually too sweet, but nobody really complains about it.
