Skin Sure Clinic

Skin Sure Clinic is located on the ground floor of Crystal Arcade, right near Avanti Bai Chowk. Being in the arcade means there are always people walking by. We have a glass front, so it’s easy to see us from the sidewalk. The clinic is kept quite simple. We have a small reception desk and a couple of rooms for the doctor to see patients. We deal with all sorts of skin problems, from small rashes to more stubborn issues. It’s a convenient spot for people who are out doing their shopping nearby. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. Instead, we just talk to our patients and explain things as they are. The floor is tiled and easy to keep clean, which is important for a medical space. Sometimes the arcade gets a bit loud with shoppers, but inside we try to keep it calm. We have a small team of three people. We’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how things go. The wait times can vary depending on the day. Mondays are usually the busiest for some reason. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have our registration certificates. It’s a practical place for people in the neighborhood to get their skin checked. We like the location because it's easy for everyone to find. We just do our daily tasks and look after the patients who walk in.
