We are located at number 4 in the Mahabir Gaushala Complex. It’s on K.K. Road, right near where the old Union Bank used to be in Moudhapara. Most people use the bank as a landmark even though it’s changed now. The complex is an older building and it has its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes stops an inch above the floor. We have plenty of space for the tea chests though. Moudhapara is a crowded area, so getting things in and out requires a bit of planning and a lot of patience. We usually start the day before the sun gets too high because the heat in the warehouse can get pretty intense by three o'clock. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if the name sounds official. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone and another one checking the stock. The floors are concrete and a bit stained from years of use. We have a small table in the back where we drink tea and talk about the news. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The K.K. Road traffic is something you just learn to live with. We’ve been here long enough that the noise just fades into the background while we work on our orders.
