You can find us over at Ritika Marble at Pachpedi Naka in Raipur. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic passing by all day. We share the space here, so there are always stacks of tiles and marble slabs everywhere you look. Working with Simpolo Vitrified & Sanitaryware Ltd means we deal with a lot of heavy boxes. The dust from the stone cutting next door sometimes gets into the office, but we’re used to it by now. Raipur can get really humid, so the fans are always on high. We aren’t a huge corporate team. It’s just a few of us handling the paperwork and showing people the different bathroom fittings and floor tiles. Most people who come in are local builders or families looking to fix up their homes. We don’t have a fancy showroom vibe. It’s more of a practical warehouse feel where you can see the stuff as it is. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure the deliveries are ready for the trucks. Pachpedi Naka is a landmark around here, so people find us easily enough. We usually have some tea in the afternoon while looking over the ledgers. It’s a straightforward business. No big speeches or complicated systems, just selling tiles and making sure things get where they need to go. We keep the doors open and just get on with the day. We are just local people trying to do a good job.
